The kitchen is fully equipped to handle small and large events and meals. There are two full size ovens, a commercial three bin sink and two full size dishwashers.
The bar is 22 feet long and allows hosts to cook and serve groups of any size.
Cooking equipment includes: a Vitamix, Cuisinart food processor, Kitchenaid mixer, two mobile gas burners, three mobile electric induction stove tops and a commercial smoker on the roof deck.
